STORE POLICY

Grace Ministry is an Indian registered non-profit organization with tax-exempt status under section 80G and 12a. All our resources are quid pro quo gifts in appreciation for the donations received by the ministry.

1. Returns & Order Cancellations

If you discover any defect in the item(s) delivered to you, please notify the ministry. You may return any defective item within 30 days of delivery (for Indian Residents) for a replacement (if stock is available) or a return of your donation, and within 60 days of delivery for donors residing outside India. Returns for minor cosmetic defects or damages caused by your negligence will not be accepted. If you receive any item which you did not request, please Contact us at support@graceministryindia.org

The ministry seeks your understanding that as funds received are allocated and expedited to expand the ministry’s broadcast programs and mission’s outreaches, the ministry is unable to return your donation once the transaction has been submitted.

2. Gift Amounts for Resources

For each resource request from the ministry, please enclose:

2.1 The applicable gift amount for the item(s) as stated by the ministry website; and

2.2 The shipping and postage fees quoted online.
Kindly note that the ministry only accept payments using the modes of payment available on our website. The ministry does not provide any Cash on Delivery (COD) services and are not able to accept COD charges.

Gift amounts shown online will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed online. These gift amounts include delivery/postage charges and taxes (where applicable).

Although the ministry tries to ensure that all gift amounts quoted online are accurate, errors may occur. If an error in the gift amount relating to your order is discovered, the ministry will inform you as soon as possible, and provide the option of reconfirming your order at the correct gift amount, or canceling your order. If the ministry is unable to contact you, your order will be deemed void and your donation will be returned in full.

*Important: Orders sent to addresses outside India may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. As these charges vary from country to country, the ministry is unable to provide you with any specific information on them.

Please contact your local customs office before completing the order to find out what fees, if any, may be charged when your package arrives. Please note that you are considered the importer of goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs authorities may require us to state the value of the order.

3. Credit/Debit Card Payment

If you are under 18 years of age and/or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for your order, you must obtain prior permission from the credit/debit cardholder before entering the payment details. By clicking on the "Submit" button, you are declaring that you have obtained prior permission from the credit/debit cardholder. Verification of this is not the ministry’s responsibility and the ministry will not be liable to you or any other person for any indiscrete use of credit/debit cards.

4. Right to Refuse Order

The ministry reserves the right not to fulfill and to void an order:

4.1 in the event of obvious inaccuracies in the stated gift amount, except that the ministry may fulfill your order at the correct gift amount;

4.2 If the ministry is unable to obtain payment authorization from the issuer of your payment card.

The ministry reserves the right not to accept or process your order(s) at our discretion. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer of your payment card. If the ministry is unable to accept your order and your credit/debit account has already been debited, you will be notified and your donation will be returned in full.

The ministry is not responsible for any failure to deliver the item(s) if you have supplied an incorrect address.
